What's Cooking in Our Director's Kitchen???

It's no secret - our director loves food!  More than that, she loves to cook and share her cooking skills with others (the reason she became a dietitian is because of her love of food and teaching others to love food).  Fear that you can't cook???  Look at local grocery stores and even courses offered at your school on cooking skills!  Unleash our inner chef goddess!

Her Saturday night appetizer!  (Adapted from Food and Wine magazine)  Use this same recipe and impress one a special date or your family on spring break.

Served with Kashi crackers!
